Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Loveland, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The construction of the Kinston ME 15th Phase 2 Public Infrastructure projects. The projects generally include overlot grading, erosion control, sanitary sewer, potable water, storm sewer, concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk, asphalt paving, signage, and all related work incidental to the completion of the projects as per the acceptance requirements of Kinston Metropolitan District No. 1 and City of Loveland. The project is located in the vicinity of Kinston Parkway and Centerra Parkway in Loveland, CO A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid is required with each bid. Performance and payment bonds will be required of the successful bidder from a qualified surety. Work is anticipated to start July 1, 2023 RFI Deadline - Friday, May 12, 2023, 5:00 p.m. The projects generally include overlot grading, erosion control, sanitary sewer, potable water, storm sewer, concrete curb & gutter, sidewalk, asphalt paving, signage, and all related work incidental to the completion of the projects as per the acceptance requirements of Kinston Metropolitan District No. 1 and City of Loveland. The project is located in the vicinity of Kinston Parkway and Centerra Parkway in Loveland, CO. Work is anticipated to start July 1, 2023.
