Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Green Cove Springs, Florida. Completed plans call for the construction of a 35,117-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of June 3, 2024, post-bid Addendum #1 has been released by the design team. With these design updates, the date to submit revised pricing is this Friday, June 7th by 2:00 PM, per the construction manager. D.E. Scorpio has been selected as the construction manager for the new Clay County Economic Development Services Facility located in Green Cove Springs. You are invited to submit Final Pricing based on the Construction Documents. It includes site development and new construction of a 35,000 two-story office building. Trades required include building demolition, cast-in-place concrete, masonry, structural steel, ornamental metals, casework, waterproofing, roofing, insulation, doors, curtainwall/storefront/glazing, overhead doors, metal framing & drywall, EIFS, acoustical ceilings, painting, flooring, toilet accessories, signage, canopies, flagpoles, roller window shades, elevators, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, data/communications, access control, sitework, and landscaping. A pre-bid meeting is not expected to be scheduled. The project is anticipated to start in July 2024 and be substantially complete by September 2025.
