This project consists of an approx. 11,070 sf meeting and office building space with a project scope that includes earthwork, site utilities, site improvements, foundations, structural elements, building envelope, interior finishes, and associated mechanical, plumbing, electrical and life safety. Questions and substitution requests must be submitted in writing and received by the Architect no later than Friday, May 5, 2023.
