No definite date for the rebid.** The Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, Educare Winnebago is hereby requesting proposals from general contractors, or painting firms who have an interest in drywall patching, and repair and painting of the interior walls of Educare Winnebago. -repair drywall as needed -paint all walls as outlined Areas to be painted: -front entryway to wood paneling -conference room 102a and 102b -staff lounge -south hallway across bathrooms -office 134 -Workroom 135 -men and women bathrooms - office 137 -multipurpose room 139 -hallway after multipurpose room before north class rooms -all 16 classrooms and conjoined bathrooms -staff offices small 4 -staff offices large 4 -staff bathrooms north and south -laundry rooms north and south -observation rooms -conference room 141 -culture room -2 front offices Painting must be completed in April 2024. The Tribe reserves the right to terminate this process at any time or to reject any or all proposals and waive formalities and minor irregularities, and will notify participants accordingly.
