Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Client at online - password JajapNetwork. The Winnebago Tribe Broadband Connectivity (TBCP) project will deploy broadband network infrastructure throughout the Winnebago Reservation and adjacent communities to include: Winnebago, NE; Dakota City, NE; Homer, NE; Emerson, NE; Thurston, NE; Sioux City, IA; South Sioux City, NE; and Wakefield, NE. This will include installation of conduit packages to include carrier fiber, middle-mile fiber, and last-mile fiber as well as interconnection and development of robust backhaul connections to multiple hubs. The system will be 100% underground construction consisting of installation of materials found within these specifications, the construction plans, and associated bidding documents. This project includes USACE river, rail, and DOT under-crossings; see construction plans for all permits and plans including those related to specific under-crossings. Question Deadline 10/08/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Client at https://www.winnebagobroadband.com Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
