This intersection construction project includes constructing a new roundabout at US-75 77 & Wolf St. in Winnebago, NE. The project includes clearing and grubbing, grading, paving (permanent and temporary), drainage culverts, storm sewer, erosion control, seeding, curb ramps, sidewalk, and other related work. The Contractor (general contractor only) shall be Class 10 General prequalified by the Nebraska Department of Transportation at the time of bidding. Any proposals received from general contractors that are not pre-qualified at the time proposals are received, will be rejected. QA date - 3-30-2026 Bidder shall submit to the Engineer in an email all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents, and questions as to the requirements set forth in the Agreement.
