Site work for a water / sewer project in Foley, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of May 24 the project was awarded to James Bros Excavating Inc for $546,642.50 . The scope of work consists principally of removing approximately 1,055 LF of 40x56 CMP and existing structures; installation of 545 LF of 51.1"x31.3" RCAP; 539 LF of 58.5"x36" RCAP; yard inlets; headwalls; grading; stabilization; and related appurtenances. A total of 45 working days will be allowed for this project. The City of Foley reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technical errors if, in the City's judgment, the best interests of the City will thereby be promoted.
