The magnitude for this requirement IAW FAR 36.204(f), is between $1,00,000 and $5,000,000 D. Payment and Performance bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102. E. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside IAW the NAICS code referenced above, and is reserved for equipment from the Liebert brand only (Please see attached justification and approval document). Any response to this solicitation providing equipment other than the Liebert brand will be found unresponsive. F.
