This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912TF-23-Q-0007 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-06. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562910 - Mold Remediation Services. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business size standard of $25 million dollars or less, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 5 May 2023 at 1600 hrs Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 302 Newmarket Street, Newington, NH 03801. The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Fire Department at the NHANG has a requirement for mold remediation and cleaning of its HVAC ducts. The HVAC ducts were tested for mold by an independent laboratory. The presence of mold was confirmed within ductwork. Steps were taken to cover returns and exhausts with filter media. The following work is necessary to enable proper operation and continued habitation of the base fire department facility. This facility and the occupants are crucial to the operation of the Pease International Airport and NHANG flying operations. Please see attachment for information on site visit. CLIN 0001: The work consists of furnishing labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to remediate mold and conduct HVAC duct cleaning in Building 243 in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). (QTY= 1 JOB) Quotes must be valid for 60 days. If the Government responses to technical questions affect the Statement of Work requirements or any other portion of the solicitation, then an Amendment of Solicitation will be issued.
