The Work of the Contract comprises the installation of approximately 4,970 linear feet of French drain and associated piping, including but not limited to all pipe, fittings, manholes, catch basins, frames, covers, grates, and appurtenances necessary for this new stormwater system to be installed in the Cocoplum section of Coral Gables, along Los Pinos Boulevard, Los Pinos Court, Moaco Street, Vistalmar Street and Robles Circle. B. The Work set forth within these bid documents includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the installation of approximately 4,970 linear feet of French drain and associated piping including all items listed above as well as all appurtenant work, complete, tested and ready for operation, including temporary utilities and facilities as required, all in conformance with the Contract Documents.
