The project limits are located at various school locations within the City of Las Vegas jurisdictional boundary. JT McWilliams Elementary School: Hiawatha Road from Pebble Beach Boulevard to Elmhurst Lane and Tequesta Road from Forest Hills Lane to Carmen Boulevard. Ralph Cadwallader Middle School: Elkhorn Road from Conough Lane to Buffalo Drive and Conough Lane from Elkhorn Road to Cul-de-sac. Vegas Verdes Elementary School: Los Altos Street from Oakey Boulevard to EL Parque Avenue and Oakey Boulevard from west of Los Altos Place to east of las Verdes Street. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Substantial Completion of the entire Work within 60 calendar days The work at JT McWilliams Elementary School includes improvements to concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, pedestrian crossings, signage, pavement markings, asphalt pavement removal and replacement, and concrete residential driveway removal and replacement with standard NDOT details. The work at Ralph Cadwallader Middle School includes improvements to concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, removal and replacement of detectable warning panels, pedestrian crossings, signage, pavement markings, asphalt pavement removal and replacement, resurfacing of roadway by mill and overlay, and median island modifications. The work at Vegas Verdes Elementary School includes improvements to concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb extensions, concrete sidewalk ramp removal and replaced with ADA ramp, concrete cross gutter and spandrel, pedestrian crossings, signage, pavement markings, and asphalt pavement removal and replacement.
