General Description - The work to be performed under this contract includes asphalt patching, milling of existing asphalt pavement, asphalt resurfacing and pavement marking replacement, placement of millings in alleys, excavation and removal of unsuitable alley base, and concrete removal and replacement including but not limited to ADA Ramps, sidewalks, curb and gutter and cross pans. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications. The contract shall be awarded based on bids received and the contract documents. Contractor will be required to coordinate construction activities with adjacent businesses, trash removal companies, school district, HOA, Metro Districts, and other City maintenance projects if applicable. Work shall take place between Approximately June, 2023 and September, 2023.
