The Port Authority Transit Corporation ("Authority") hereby invites interested suppliers to submit sealed proposals for RFP PATCO-01-2023 -- Replacement of the PATCO Ferry Avenue and Collingswood Station Rooftop Heating and Cooling Units. This public advertisement constitutes PATCO's formal solicitation. Basis of Award: This contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on a per item basis, which will be based on compliance with General Conditions, Special Provisions and Specifications, lowest price per unit submitted, and delivery terms as stated on Bid Sheet in the best interest of the PATCO. The Authority's Board of Commissioners has adopted a resolution stating suppliers seeking contracted work must be prevented from influencing the vendor selection process.
