Avenue Pearson Replacement of the 150 mm water main on Avenue Pearson with a pipe of the same diameter, mainly located off-road, between Avenue Pacific and St. George's High School. Restoration of surfaces following the work according to plans. Possible start of work: The award of the contract to the lowest compliant bidder should be completed at the municipal council meeting on May 23, 2023. Consequently, the order to begin the work may be issued as soon as the mandate is granted. Duration of work: Following the written order of the Supervising Engineer to proceed with the execution of the Work, the Contractor has forty-five (45) consecutive business days for the complete execution of the Work scheduled for 2023. This period includes the complete completion of the work. It must therefore provide for the number of teams required (machinery, labour, equipment and subcontractors) to carry out this work within the prescribed time. For the paving of the second layer scheduled for 2024, the Contractor has two (2) consecutive business days for the complete completion of the work. In addition, all work on Pearson Avenue must be completed between June 23 and July 14, 2023, including grassing work.
