Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Gilbert, Minnesota. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Sealed Bids will be received for the City of Gilbert -Community Center ADA Toilet project Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidders bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the net base bid amount, payable to the order of CITY OF GILBERT, as warranty that the successful bidder will enter into a contract and furnish the usual Bonds (Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond) as required by the Specifications within ten (10) days after Notice of Award of Contract. Pre-printed plans and specifications will not be provided. No Bidder shall modify, withdraw or cancel his Bid or any part thereof for thirty (30)days after the date designated for the receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject, for any reason including funding, any and all bids and to waive any defects or informalities in any proposal or bid and to award the contract to other than the lowest bidder, if in their discretion the interests of the project will be best served thereby.
