The bid opening will be electronic, all submitted bids will be viewable by the public via ProcureNow immediately after bid close time. PROJECT ESTIMATE: $1,200,000 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES:$1,250 Per Calendar Day. The Contractor is required to have a Class A or C-10 license at the time of bid submission. Contractors wishing to be considered must submit Bids containing all information required pursuant to the City's Request for Bids. Pursuant to Public Contracts Code Section 22300, the Contractor shall be permitted to substitute securities for any monies withheld by the City to ensure performance under this Contract. The last day to submit requests for clarification is3:00 pm,Friday, May 12, 2023. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids. Bidders will not be released on account of errors except that the City reserves the right to waive any minor irregularity or informality in any Bid.
