Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Santa Monica, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 780-square-foot educational facility.

PN-22006938.00 DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Contractor shall remove one set of existing surgical lights and two anesthesia booms; upgrade three existing structural supports; prepare electrical connections and medical gases for reconnection to new lights and booms; and perform light refurbishing to finishes. The lights and booms shall be University-furnished and installed by others. Work area is located behind the red-line and as such, Contractor shall be responsible for providing their own PPE, after each piece has been approved by Operative Services. Bidding Documents will be available beginning on May 17, 2023 and will be issued. REPLACEMENT OF (E) SURGICAL LIGHTS AND (E) SURGICAL BOOMS IN OR 10 & OR 11. EXISTING LIGHT AND BOOM SUPPORTS WILL BE RETROFITTED AND REUSED. 2. SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR SCOPE OF WORK: +- 780 GSF The estimated construction cost is $600,000.00.
