To All Prospective Offerors, Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA) is seeking a contractor for the removal and installation of HVAC units and accessories in accordance with the statement of work at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory located in Batavia, IL. This acquisition is being advertised as a 100% small business set-aside and will be evaluated on a Best Value - Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement basis. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of $19M. In accordance with FAR 36.204, the magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Upon request approval, the business visitor will receive an informal invitation letter with a QR code, which you must present at the security gate.
