Site work and paving for a road / highway in Lower Merion Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of asphalt speed humps, pavement markings, signage, and other ancillary features. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to the best interest of the Township. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 5/12/2023 5:00 PM The work includes, but is not limited to, the installation of asphalt speed tables, pavement markings, signage, and other ancillary features. Construction Notice to Proceed is planned for late summer / early fall pending contract execution and weather. 8. Detailed specifications developed by the Pennoni Associates, Inc. Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the Questions feature in PennBid. The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day of May 12, 2023.
