Construction of Ashbridge Park Pickleball Courts and Reconstruction of Wynnewood Valley Park Basketball Court (Combined). Question Deadline 09/01/2023 Detailed specifications developed by the Pennoni Associates, Inc. CONTRACT NUMBER: 4459-23-28 4459-23-29 4459-23-30 (COMBINED) Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty as specified in the Instructions to Bidders section of the Bid Document. 5. A Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond in the amount of 100% are required. Also, a Maintenance Bond in the amount of 25% is required. Scope of Work The work includes but is not limited to erosion and sediment control measures; selective demolition; regrading; court construction, including markings, fencing, and appurtenances; stormwater improvements; and site restoration. Question Deadline 09/01/2023 The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof or to waive any informality or irregularity as deemed to the best interest of the Township.
