A. The Contractor shall contact any state or federal agencies as required to obtain all pertinent information related to the project to ensure that all aspects, including, for example, contractor employment practices, and record keeping are consistent with any applicable state or federal regulations. B. At the direction of the College, the Contractor shall respond to the appropriate NYS agencies inquiries, comments, and requirements. It is not anticipated that any state agency shall be involved in the review of College projects, except for any review required from the NYS Department of Labor. C. All work proposed must reflect the criteria and priorities as specified by the College. The Contractor may conduct a job kick off meeting with the College and develop a process regarding requests for information, clarifications, and other correspondence. The Contractor shall conduct a punch list review of work at the completion of that work. The primary contact for the Serenity Room project is George Dusenberry, Facilities Maintenance Manager.
