Street work and sidewalks for phase 2-1 of the project shall be complete and open to vehicle and pedestrian traffic prior to beginning work on Phase 2-3. The City is self-performing Phase 2-2 and the contractor will not be responsible for that section. Existing Pavement and Curb and Gutter, Driveways and sidewalks will be excavated and removed in all areas shown on the plans. Most of the pavement asphalt, brick and concrete has been removed thru utility work. Some pavement, curbs, sidewalks, and driveways are still in place. Please read all information the specification.
