As of  May 19, 2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. The scope of work generally consists of the replacement of the existing roof and repair of decking. TexAmericas Center reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. TexAmericas Center (TAC) is soliciting proposals for the replacement of existing shingled roof on Building E-18 situated at 690 N. Ellis Street, Hooks, Texas with a metal 'R-Panel' roof. The building is approximately 9,350 SF (perimeter dimensions approximately 67' by 140') with an eave height of approximately 9'with a 4:12 pitch. The building is currently occupied. Furnish ALL labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision necessary to perform the following work: 1. Remove & dispose of existing asphalt shingles, underlayment and existing roof vents. 2. Inspect wood decking for damages and replace damaged deck as needed (assume 200 sf in base quote). 3. Install new wood trim. 4. Install new underlayment. 5. Install new 24 Ga. prefinished R-panel, Grey in color to match existing metal roofs on property. Provide TAC a color chart to confirm color selection prior to placing material order. 6. Install new 24 Ga. ridge cap. 7. Install new metal trim. 8. Clean-up site of trash and construction debris upon project completion.
