**As of July 1, 2023 this project has been awarded to Gresham Smith for $499,125.85** This project involves the widening of Briskin Lane from Cainsville Road(SR-266) to Sparta Pike(SR-26). This is a State Industrial Access Project serving L & W Engineering. Briskin Lane will be widened to three lanes with a continuous left turn lane. Cainsville Road and Sparta Pike will have turn lanes added at the intersections with Briskin Lane. The project length is 0.452 mile. The City of Lebanon hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation, and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of age, race, color, religion, national origin, sex or disability in consideration for an award. No Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal has been set on this contract. However, the use of DBE or minority/women owned firms are encouraged.
