The Project consists of: Remove and replace portions of the existing concrete retaining wall and metal railings, remove and replace concrete stairs and handrails, remove and replace HMA and concrete sidewalks, and all other work as specified on the contract documents. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 39 & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive.
