Renovation of a religious / funeral development in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a religious / funeral development.
Interior renovation of the back-of-house spaces of the existing historic Blaisdell Concert Hall including but not limited to the following: A. Reconfiguration of Stage Left restrooms and laundry area B. Renovation and reconfiguration of the Stage Right dressing rooms and restrooms (various levels) C. Replacement and extension of mechanical system including rooftop equipment D. Partial power and IT/AV systems replacement and reconfiguration E. Replacement and upgrade of the existing fire alarm system (full building) F. Replacement and upgrade of existing fire sprinkler system Offerors shall be licensed in accordance with Chapter 444, HRS, relating to the licensing of Contractors. The terms used in this General Instructions to Offerors shall have the same meanings as defined in the City General Terms and Conditions. A certificate of deposit; credit union share certificate; or cashiers, treasurers, tellers, or official check drawn by, or a certified check.
