Description

Site work for a civil project in Chandler, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The Public Works and Utilities Department administers a Wastewater Sewer Assessment Program to evaluate, prioritize, and repair deteriorated sewer pipes and manholes within the City's collection system. As part of this program, approximately 13,000 linear feet of 66-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe and 22 manholes along Price Rd from just south of the SR-202L to the Ocotillo Water Reclamation Facility (OWRF) require rehabilitation. The method of rehabilitation will be via Cure d-In-Place-Pipe (CIPP), which is an industry standard method to rehabilitate pipeline. Professional Services for this project will include, but are not limited to, detailed design, cost estimating, and other services for required improvements. Professional Services will include all permitting with State, County, and local jurisdictions. The consultant will need to coordinate with multiple stakeholders including Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT). Construction Management services may also be included. Construction Manager At Risk (CM@R) alternate delivery method will be selected through a separate solicitation. Question Deadline 05/24/2023 at 5:00 PM MT
