The proposed work will consist of PROVIDING BIKE AND PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDING PUBLIC ART, LANDSCAPING, RAISED MEDIANS, ENHANCED SIDEWALKS, REST NODES AND A SHARED-USE PATH, together with associated work. Technical specifications are available for download from the City of Tempe The City of Glendale reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality or irregularity in a bid Pre-Bid Conference, if the Owner or engineer of record are of the opinion that a formal addendum is required to fully answer the question or questions raised. Bids must be submitted on the Proposal Form provided and be accompanied by the Bid Bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid, payable to D.R. HORTON, INC., or a certified or cashier's check.Payment and Performance Bonds will be required for this Work. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish a Payment Bond in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price, and a Performance Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%)
