In general, the project consists of the construction of storm drainage, erosion control and earthwork, etc. The work associated with this bid shall consist of all work necessary to prepare and construct the project. Specifications and contract documents are on file for inspection at the Office of the City Engineer. Copies of the documents may be obtained from the City of Calera City Engineer. Any Contractor desiring a set of plans and specifications must contact the City Engineer, Mr. Chris Pappas, P.E. Plans and specifications shall be made available in pdf format. Any printing shall be the responsibility of the bidder. There is no fee for the pdf documents. The work to be done shall include all work necessary to construct the work associated with the various disciplines as shown and described in the plans and specifications. In general, the project consists of completing the construction of the Main Street Calera Courtyard Phase One. This project scope includes completion of demolition, earthwork, grading, drainage, and erosion control. Furnishing all equipment and performing all labor and services incidental to or necessary for the complete construction of this project in accordance with the plans and specifications, and the maintenance of each completed portion of the work until final acceptance of the entire project by the OWNER
