Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) improvements, which include the following items: 1. Demolition. Demolition and disposal of existing wall table pockets. 2. Carpentry. Framing of new wall to match existing and installing wood trim on wall to match existing. 3. Drywall. Drywall tape and texture newly framed wall to match existing. 4. Painting. Preparation of walls, trim, handrails, doors and frames to receive two (2) coats of paint. Color and sheen to be selected by owner. Areas to be painted include the foyer walls (9'), trim, doors and frames; main room to trim (approximately 10'), trim, doors and frames; restroom corridor walls (9'), doors, and frames; stage stair walls (9') and handrails, and stage walls (14'). See paint color sheet for color references. 5. Tile. Selective demolition of existing bottom row of wall tile in restrooms and replace with new coved wall tile in different darker color than existing tile but same size (color to be selected by owner) to form a new tile base. 6. Flooring. Removal and replacement of rubber base throughout the main room, restroom corridor, foyer and stage areas. Patch back flooring (approximately 150SF) to match existing (VCT) where pocket table wall removed. 7. Specialties. Installation of corner guards at restroom corridor, stage stairs and kitchen. Corner guards are to be stainless steel 1"x1"x96"x16 gauge. 8. Electrical. Electrical removal and salvage of existing and installation of salvaged electrical in new wall. Start date for work: June 12, 2023 Project completion: July 28, 2023 Liquidated damages will be assessed in the amount of $500/day in accordance with agreement (00 52 13) specifications.
