Renovation of an educational facility in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, the work consists of: removal of existing stone ballasted EPDM roof system down to the existing asphaltic vapor retarder / existing deck at Thomas and Knutzen Halls. Removal of existing perimeter sheet metal flashings and trims. Coordinating roof replacement around existing mechanical units to remain in place, including thermal solar panel array. Provide 60-mil fully adhered EPDM single-ply roof membrane over adhered tapered insulation system. Provide prefinished sheet metal flashings and trims.
