Site work for a water / sewer project in Dallas, Oregon. Design plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Dallas Public Works Department is seeking a qualified team to provide professional services and assist the City with the preparation of construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and other design documents necessary to construct a sewer collection system to serve the LaCreole Development Node located in northeast Dallas Oregon. The improvements generally consist of a new 250 GPM lift station, 6-inch pressure sewer, 12-inch gravity trunkline along Hawthorne Ave., 8-inch gravity line along Ellendale Ave., and the 8-inch collector lines throughout the node. As of May 1, 2024, per owner, the design is in the final stage of Phase 1 of this project. Looking to bid in late May or June for construction. Phase 2 design will begin shortly after bidding Phase 1 for construction.
