The Hendersonville Police Department is accepting Sealed Bids or emails to ldaniel@hvillepd.org for the construction of a Metal Roof Cover over the Department's gun range. The comprehensive and complete contract to include all materials, hardware, labor, and construction for: The construction of a Shooting Range, Metal Roof Cover built on the site of the HPD Range located at 501 Forest Retreat Road, Hendersonville, TN 37075. The structure is required to be comprised of all metal material, 90 ft. in length and 45 ft. in width, with the 90 ft. sides at 18 ft. height, 4 columns each side, anchored on floating concrete piers, to include gutters and downspouts. A vendor's bid must include all associated costs required to complete this project. Proposals will be opened publicly in a manner to avoid public disclosure of contents; however, only names of the Proposers will be read aloud. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
