Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Scope of work to include demolition of remaining dugout, hauling away of deconstructed materials, and the subsequent full construction of a new dugout for Field 3, with the requirement to duplicate the existing 1st base dugout. One (1) year parts, and labor warranty needs to be included in bid. For further information, contact the Parks and Recreation Director, Mr. Andy Gilley (agilley@hvilletn.org) at 615-855-9992. The Bidder understands that the City reserves the right to waive any defects in the offer of any vendor, to reject any or all offers and to request additional information from any or all vendors for the best interest of the City. It is the policy of the City of Hendersonville to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 CFR, Part 21; Related statutes and regulations to the end that no person shall be excluded from participation in or denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving federal financial assistance from the U.S. Department of Transportation on the grounds of race, color, sex, or national origin.
