A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The City of Hendersonville is accepting separate bids for the following Country Hills Golf Cart Barn - Rebuild. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Hendersonville, Public Works Department, for the furnishing of all materials and supplying of all labor necessary to provide Country Hills Golf Cart Barn Rebuild within the City of Hendersonville city limits. The purpose of this project is to construct a new Golf Cart Barn to replace the demolished Golf Cart Barn. The slab and utility stubs will be existing and this project should provide the same or better of the existing structure within the existing footprint. The Golf Cart Barn is a one- story, heavy-wood-framed structure clad in metal siding and roofing. The main portion of the building measures approximately 65 feet x 100 feet, with an L-shaped projection that measures approximately 50 feet x 30 feet. The building has a gable roof with an estimated slope of 4/12. It will be the responsibility of the bidder to confirm with the existing structure to be demolished prior to construction of this project, the information identified below with an asterisk prior to bidding the project.
