Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work consists of but is not limited to: temporary erosion and sedimentation control measures and construction security and tree protection fencing. Selective site demolition including removal of: existing play area equipment; play area surfacing; a portion of the play area concrete curb; trash receptacles; asphalt walk and concrete pads. Provide and install: new play equipment; play area surfacing; bike parking; trash receptacles; concrete walkway; hydroseed; and new irrigation zone tied to larger irrigation system. Install logs and boulders provided by the Owner. Additive #1 Timber box steps, crushed rock surfacing, metal handrails and concrete pad.
