This includes, but is not limited to, revenue collection, traffic management, parking management, virtual customer service agents and vehicle services. This contract is a deviation from the previous structure which increases employee wages while overall reducing costs to DEN. The contract includes a five (5) year term with two (2) one-year options to extend.
