Renovation of an educational facility in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of January 11, 2024, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. Question Deadline 06/14/2023 at 2:00 PM MT Remove the existing concrete deck at the upper plaza of the CU Denver Lawrence Street Center. Install a new concrete deck with all associated metal railings (Division 5), waterproofing and joint sealants (Division 7), Finishes (Division 9), Site Furnishings (Division 12), Plumbing (Division 22) and Electrical (Division 26) products. The general contractor is responsible for removing, furnishing, and installing everything shown on the construction drawings per specifications. Ground Penetrating Radar Scanning to locate subsurface structural components and MEP's is required prior to the start of demolition. All debris and garbage generated from this project must be removed from the site by the general contractor. Coordinate all work with CU's construction manager to coincide with university operations. The general contractor is responsible for providing all general conditions and general requirements including but not limited to on-site supervision, dumpsters, portable toilets, progress cleaning, fencing, etc.. Late sealed bids will be rejected without consideration. The University of Colorado- Anschutz Medical Campus and the State of Colorado assume no responsibility for costs related to the preparation of submittals.
