Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pedro, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary for removal of the existing bridge stringers and decking for one span of the boardwalk and installation of the required elements to replace the one span according to the specs and plan. Vesuvius Boardwalk - Remove existing girders and dispose of, off Forest. Furnish and install materials specified in design to repair damaged section of Boardwalk. SCOPE OF CONTRACT The work covered by these plans includes removal of the existing bridge stringers and decking for the one span of the boardwalk, installation of the required elements to replace the one span as shown herein. Period of Performance: 06/15/2023 to 08/14/2023 MBE (2.5%), WBE (6.9%), SBE (100%) PROJECT LOCATION From Ironton, OH, travel approximately 6 miles north on oh-93, turn right onto county road 29 (paddle creek road) and travel 0.9 miles. Turn left and travel 0.4 miles. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.
