Site work for a municipal facility in Lewis, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
This contract provides for the improvement of Pigeon Springs Rd. MP 2.3 landslide by performing roadway excavation, constructing gravity block wall, installing quarry spalls erosion control blanket, installing culvert pipe, placing guardrail, and constructing Roadway Pavement Improvements and other work, all in accordance with the attached Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Engineer's Estimate - $535,000 - $620,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Repairing a portion of roadway of Pigeon Springs Rd at milepost 2.295 and a portion of bank immediately adjacent to roadway which was destabilized during the flood event in January 2021. Work will include excavation of the eroded bank and roadway, installation of a gravity block wall with underdrains, replacement of corrugated metal pipe with concrete pipe, realigning a segment of roadway and, planting a mix of trees and shrubs.
