Renovation of an educational facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In accordance with School District Procurement Rules in the Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) promulgated by the State Board of Education pursuant to A.R.S. 15-213, offers for the material or services specified will be received by the Phoenix Union High School District No. 210, at the above specified location, until the time and date cited. Offers received by the correct time and date shall be opened and only the name of the offerors shall be publicly read and recorded. All other information contained in the Offer shall remain confidential until award is made. If you need directions to our office, please call 602-764-1400. Initial contract term shall be from award through June 30, 2024 with an option to renew for up to four additional one-year periods. Offers shall be in the actual possession of the District, at the location indicated, on or prior to the exact time and date indicated above. Electronic or Late Offers shall not be considered. The official time will be determined by the clock located in the Purchasing Warehouse designated "Official Bid Time". Offers must be submitted in a sealed envelope/package with the solicitation number and Offeror's name and address clearly indicated on the envelope/package. All Offers must be written legibly in ink or typewritten. Additional instructions for preparing an Offer are provided herein.
