Renovation of an office development in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.

As of 05/03/2023 Estimated cost of $150,000 to $200,000 The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, hereinafter referred to as the “University”, through its Procurement Department, hereinafter referred to as “Purchasing”, requests bids for the purchase of SHIELDED CHAMBERS. UWL is looking for an environmental chamber of roughly 10 ft. wide by 10 ft. deep by 9 ft. tall. The chamber will be used for testing and research for the Human Performance lab space. Expect a 450 lb., treadmill, two 250 lb. people, and a 150 lb. metabolic cart to be in the space. Preferred installation start date of January 2024 with completion no later than June 30, 2024. Contractor/Supplier shall be responsible for: - Delivery of materials to the project site. - Assembly of modular or panel built chamber. - Testing and commissioning of system. - Owners training. - Protection of existing surfaces from damage and clean-up of all debris. ACCEPTANCE-REJECTION: The University reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive any technicality in any bid/proposal submitted, and to accept any part of a bid/proposal as deemed to be in the best interest of the State of Wisconsin. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
