Saving Project...

Renovation of a medical facility in Prince George, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The work includes building envelope, Interior finishes, electrical and mechanical and as further set out at Appendices: BC Housing is seeking a general contractor to perform renovation work at Baldy Hughes Therapeutic Community & Farm. The work includes three parts to be performed simultaneously and briefly described as follows: 1. Administration Building: Renovate and finish the old kitchen area into a Multi-purpose room and Office, including new windows, siding, new mezzanine, kitchen and a permanent corridor to the existing server. 2. Administration Building: Supplying and installing Air Conditioning to the existing Dining Room. 3. Auditorium Building: Supply and install cement board siding and soffit to unfinished walls and eaves. Please refer to the attached Appendix E for a Drawings and Specifications. The estimated construction timeline is 3 months. General contractor to mobilize within 7 days after award and signed contract. Award is subject to final approval.
