City of Prince George (City) has initiated the Boundary Road Reservoir Development project. The Project will progress under two separate contracts. The City is currently reviewing submissions for the first contract; supply and installation of the bolted steel water reservoir. This RFP is for the second contract which the City is seeking proposals for the completion of site works in advance of the installation of the bolted-to-steel above ground tank reservoir. The Site Works Contractor is to make the site ready for the installation of the reservoir. The Site Works Contractor is to provide: Site bulk earthworks including access road, reservoir pad and truck bulk fill station. Supply and installation of 600mm thick granular subbase gravels. Supply and installation of 150mm thick granular base gravels. Supply and installation of 600mm dia. ductile iron watermain Supply and installation of 400mm dia. PVC watermain Supply and installation of 375mm dia. PVC stormsewer, manholes and misc precast Supply and installation of Asphalt pavement Supply and installation of chainlink fencing and landscaping Supply and installation of prefabricated control valve building including piping.
