o Review of all drawings, previous inspection reports (as available), and existing load ratings provided by FOR. o Review existing information to identify critical issues related to bridge condition and identify any missing information. This will include consulting with the FOR Regional Engineers to ensure that any additional concerns are addressed. o Travel to the bridge sites and complete detailed inspection of all bridge components. o Arrange the services, scheduling, and payment of a Snooper-style Truck to facilitate inspections for all structures. o A complete and detailed inspection report that is signed and sealed by a Professional Engineer for each bridge inspected. o Update the Corporate Bridge Registry (CBR) for each structure by completing routine inspection data entry for the inspections, including any repair and/or monitor items for each structure. o The Contractor may recommend for or against a new load rating calculation of any structure requiring inspection as per this contract.
