As of May 24, 2023, voters approved the 2023 school bond on February 14, 2023. Further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. A firm timeline for construction has not been established. A detailed scope has not been released. The bond proposal by Norman Public Schools features a stand-alone facility for the Oklahoma Aviation Academy at Max Westheimer Airport. It also includes a new multi-sport athletic stadium at Norman North High School and updates to Harve Collins Stadium at Norman High School, along with a new all-schools fine arts performance venue.
