Flintco Weitz, hereinafter called the Construction Manager (CM) on behalf of the Board of Regents of the University of Oklahoma, an agency of the State of Oklahoma, hereinafter called the Owner, is seeking Firms qualified and capable of performing the Plumbing/Mechanical and Electrical and Framers/Drywall work for the University of Oklahoma First Year Housing Project Phase 1A Building located on the University of Oklahoma Norman campus. Interested Contractors are invited to respond to this Request for Qualification (RFQ) by submitting a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with the instructions, requirements and deadlines. ********************IMPORTANT NOTICE********************** Participation in the Bidding Phase of this Project will be limited to ONLY those Subcontractor firms who have submitted a timely and complete response to this RFQ and that have been deemed prequalified. Subcontractors that fail to respond to this RFQ by the Submission Deadline and Subcontractors that have not been deemed prequalified by the Prequalification Committee at its sole discretion shall be automatically disqualified from bidding.
