Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Norman, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
As of July 21, 2023, project was awarded to ARROYO’S CONCRETE LLC, awarded amount is $408,102.50 The project consists of removing select, existing, overlaid curb and gutter and a narrow strip of asphalt pavement, constructing new curb and gutter, and restoring the asphalt pavement. The project also includes driveway approach removal and replacement, miscellaneous sidewalk and ramp replacement, and minor storm structure repairs. The project location is Miller Avenue between Alameda Street and Classen Boulevard in Norman, OK Bidders are expected to inspect the site of the work and to inform themselves regarding all local conditions.
