The contract period for the service contemplated by this RFP is three (3) months, commencing upon the execution of a contract and expiring three (3) months after the contracts Effective Date. The Albany Parking Authority reserves the right to extend the agreement. The selected proposer(s) will be required to execute a contract with the Albany Parking Authority.
