1001 Rosemond Ave. Jonesboro, AR 72401 (meet in the front parking lot).

The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any
formalities. The bidder must have a current general or specialty license from
the Arkansas Contractor s License Board before the bid proposal will be
considered. The bid proposal and work of the proposed contract shall be in
accordance with all applicable federal, state, county and local laws, ordinances, and regulations. As is the case with all construction contracts
using laborers and mechanics financed by Federal education funds, an LEA
that uses ESSER or GEER funds for minor remodeling, renovation, repair, or
construction contracts over $2,000 must meet all Davis-Bacon prevailing
wage requirements and include language in the contracts that all contractors
or subcontractors must pay wages that are not less than those established for
